Nothing beats a friendly QUICK FIX
Quick fix, by definition, is a hastily contrived remedy that alleviates a problem only for the time being. That being said, feel free to witness one of my life’s cheapest, most effective, not to mention, second most favorite quick fix-es:

We all had our share of work dilemmas, adjusting from being newbies to experienced staffs that definitely entails a lot of responsibilities, not to mention skyrocketing expectations from bosses. Lost and nervous and confused, we all were. But, never alone. We had each other to vent all our concerns to and we gladly take the roles of shock-absorbers for each other.

Ahh! I can't wait until the next crazy/fun date night with these girls! Work, please cooperate.

It was a (i was supposed to type "quiet dinner", but it was everything but that) 3-hour escape from all things serious and adult-ish and, well, boring. Rounds of tummy-aching laughter, incidents of boyfriends calling the girl (space) friend because the girlfriend wasn't answering (mmm. guilty), taking on a detective mode to crack a guy friend's secret date (ssshhh) and, we wouldn't be ourselves without this, a series of mistakes/ mistaken identities/ misheard words from mistaken people!
